We engineered a unified "Site-to-HQ" ecosystem. On the execution side, the system utilizes Geo-Fenced Mobile Attendance, ensuring that labor deployment is tracked against specific site zones in real-time, eliminating "ghost worker" billing. This is tightly coupled with a Dynamic Timeline Engine that tracks material consumption (cement, steel) against project milestones. If site progress lags behind the Gantt chart, the system automatically recalibrates inventory procurement schedules to prevent overstocking or downtime, while simultaneously updating the Sales Inventory database to reflect accurate "Project Completion" status for customers.
The system transformed the organization from reactive to predictive. Management gained a "Command Center" Dashboard offering granular visibility—from daily concrete pouring stats to real-time labor costs per square foot. The seamless integration between construction progress and the sales database reduced "inventory conflict" (selling units that were delayed) by 98%. The geolocation tracking alone reduced labor cost leakage by 15%, paying for the system implementation within the first quarter of deployment.
