We engineered an agentic workflow that connects Point of Sale (POS) data with reservation history. The AI analyzes dining frequency, average spend, and dietary preferences to trigger automated, highly specific re-engagement campaigns via WhatsApp and Email. This includes automated "Missed You" sequences for dormant VIPs and "Special Occasion" triggers based on predictive behavior modeling.
The deployment creates a "self-filling" reservation pipeline. By automating the follow-up and personalization process, the establishment ensures that top-tier clientele feels recognized and valued. The system reduced manual marketing hours by 90% while increasing repeat booking frequency for the top 20% of high-value patrons.
