When a core product (e.g., a fountain pen) is queried, the engine instantly checks the stock levels of compatible accessories—such as matching leather pouches or specific ink cartridges. It then prompts the sales associate with available "Complete the Set" recommendations, ensuring that current inventory is actively leveraged to build dynamic bundles at the point of sale.
The system eliminated the "tire-kicker" fatigue for the sales team. Response times dropped from an industry average of 2 hours to 45 seconds. The agency reported a 40% increase in site-visit show rates, as the AI nurtures the lead up until the moment of the meeting, ensuring the broker steps in purely to close the deal.
